Product Manager (m/f/d) Municipal Technology

What will our municipal technology customers need in the coming years? Answering that question means understanding the market, spotting trends early, and drawing the right conclusions for our products. That's exactly where you come in: you will help shape the future of our sweepers—from the first look at the market and competition, through the requirements specification, all the way to market launch. You will operate at the intersection of sales, development, and customers, translate between engineering and the market, and drive forward current projects such as our all-electric Citymaster.

For our Municipal Technology product line at our Bad Oldesloe location, we are therefore seeking, as soon as possible, on a permanent, full-time basis, a

• You identify current and future customer needs for our sweepers through national and international market, trend, and competitive analyses
• You develop and maintain the product roadmap in line with company goals and prepare requirements specifications in close coordination with sales
• You support the product development process and, based on market feedback, continuously define improvements for our series products
• You assess and manage pricing with a view to profitability and market dynamics
• You organize market launches, customer demonstrations, and the associated product and sales training, at times including occasional travel both domestically and abroad
• You create product information materials in collaboration with our marketing team

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field-relevant qualification
• Several years of experience in product management or product marketing with end-customer contact, as well as sound knowledge of market and competitive analysis
• A quick grasp of technical and business relationships, a solid understanding of mobile machinery applications, and a willingness to stay close to the product and operate the machines yourself; a technical background is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills (C1 in each), along with a willingness to travel both domestically and abroad
• You bring presence and assertiveness, actively take on difficult conversations, and remain objective and solution-oriented throughout
• Whether in front of customers, in a sales conversation, or in a management meeting: you connect with your audience, get technical topics to the point without getting lost in detail, and guide participants toward clear decisions and solutions
