in our Innovation department at our Bad Oldesloe location, you will help shape a genuine future topic from the ground up—with a high degree of personal responsibility, a direct line to decision-makers, and the option to write your bachelor's or master's thesis with us. If you are drawn to the intersection of technology, market, and profitability, this is the right place for you. Your focus will be on analyzing and assessing humanoid robotic systems for cleaning applications, with an eye toward technological maturity, concrete use cases, and cost-effectiveness.

• Researching and evaluating the current state of the art in humanoid robotics, as well as relevant manufacturers and solutions
• Analyzing specific deployment scenarios for indoor and outdoor cleaning
• Assessing the technological maturity and practical limitations of current systems
• Developing a cost-benefit and profitability analysis of potential fields of application
• Deriving insights for possible roles and business models for Hako
• Documenting and preparing the results for internal stakeholders

• Studies in industrial engineering, technology and innovation management, business administration with a technical focus, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience in researching, evaluating, and presenting information in an audience-appropriate way; market or profitability analyses are an advantage
• Interest in new technologies and their economic assessment
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2), both written and spoken
• You work independently and take ownership, structure your tasks with foresight, and actively drive open questions forward without waiting for detailed instructions
• You think analytically and in a structured way, work through complex issues on your own, and enjoy market and technology research
